Please note that the museum does not accept cash. Transactions at the boutique and on the terrace must be paid by debit or credit cards.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Before going to the site, visitors should familiarize themselves with the PREVENTIVE MEASURES against COVID-19 deployed by the Museum. Visitors showing symptoms of COVID-19 should not come to the site.
DON'T FORGET YOUR SMART PHONE AND EARPHONES
Now visitors can visit the Museum independently thanks to our digital experience. This new platform presents multimedia content accessible directly on your mobile device. The various routes will be accessible on site using QR codes. Before arriving at the Museum, visitors should ensure that their smartphone or tablet can read QR codes. Normally, Apple devices are already configured to read a QR code by scanning it with the camera. In the case of an Android device or one that is not already configured, it is possible to download an application to read QR codes. To enjoy our digital experience, it is important to have a sufficiently charged device and to have headphones in hand.
DURING YOUR VISIT
To ensure the best possible experience for all, visitors should arrive at the museum's reception pavilion at the time indicated on their ticket. Once on the site, visitors will have access to the house, the shop, the terrace, the gardens and the attractions. Since time-stamped tickets help control attendance, it is recommended that visitors begin their experience with a tour of the house. We do not offer a guided tour of the house at this time, but our guides are present in the showrooms to answer your questions.
RESPECT THE HEALTH INSTRUCTIONS
Wash your hands at the disinfection stations located at the entrances to the reception pavilion and the Museum.
Maintain a physical distance of 1 meter from visitors not residing at the same address and staff.
Wear a face cover. Wearing a face cover over the nose and mouth is mandatory for people 12 years of age and over. Note that wearing a face cover is not mandatory when visitors are seated on the terrace to eat or drink.
Cough and sneeze into your elbow and wash your hands afterward.
